1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by ZenPropTech. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment: All services provided by ZenPropTech require an upfront payment. Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made prior to the commencement of any project or work.
• 50/50 Payment Option: We also offer a 50/50 payment structure for certain services — 50% of the total project fee is due upfront before the project begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to delivery of the final product.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. If you are dissatisfied with the final work upon project completion, you are eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the total project fee.

• To qualify for a refund, you must submit detailed feedback regarding your dissatisfaction within 10 business days after the project is completed and delivered.
• Refunds will not be issued for changes requested after final delivery or for work that has been approved at any stage during the project.
• The refund does not apply to any work that has already been used or implemented (e.g., live website, deployed marketing campaign, etc.).

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approval, and necessary information for the project's completion.
• Ensure all requested materials, content, or details are accurate and provided on time.
• Communicate any changes, additions, or modifications promptly.
• Understand that delays or additional work due to lack of information or changes may result in extra charges or project delays.

5. Project Completion and Delivery

• Project Timelines: We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by the client or external factors beyond our control.
• Final Deliverables: Upon final payment, we will deliver the completed project to you in the agreed format. If the project includes a website, it will be handed over once the final payment has been made.

6. Revisions and Changes

• Design Revisions: We offer a certain number of revisions based on the scope of your project, as agreed upon in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Scope of Work: Any work outside of the initially agreed-upon scope will be treated as additional work and will be billed separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive full ownership of the final work, including designs, code, and other project deliverables. However, ZenPropTech retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose or share any private business or personal information with third parties, except as necessary for the completion of the project or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZenPropTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the delivery of our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project, and we are not responsible for any third-party services or applications integrated into your project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before completion, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. If ZenPropTech terminates the agreement, we will refund the client for any work not completed.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and the client's country.

12. Changes to Terms

ZenPropTech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
